Experience and Engagement
The PCFC Experience and Engagement Team (E&E) works to gather the patient, client and family voice, using a variety of tools and methods. We then bring that collective voice forward to many local and regional committees to help effect change both at the local and system level. Together with our clients, we ensure that their voices are not just heard, but truly listened to and acted upon.
The team represents PCFC on many committees across Simcoe County and beyond.
Some of the tools we use to gather those voices include: Focus groups, one on one interviews, surveys, Experience Based Co-Design, and more, depending on what is needed. We are happy to work with local and regional partners in gathering and understanding feedback from their clients, as well as promoting the co-design of new projects so that clients have input right from the start.
